Be a Light:
Light a Luminary
EVERLY
Christmas Eve Luminaries
December 24, 5:00-6:00 PM

Each year, glowing candles line the streets of neighborhoods across the Triangle and beyond.
The Light-a-Luminary project, now in its 32nd year, engages dozens of local communities in honor of the families who are staying at Ronald McDonald House and can’t be home for the holidays.
Help Us Light Up Our Neighborhood!
Your participation will help light up our community while showing support for the families at the Ronald McDonald House.
We are asking for a minimum donation of $15 from each house to cover your entire street or area. We hope ALL streets/Cul de sacs will participate, so get with your neighbors now and make it happen!
Your support will provide housing, hot meals, and HOPE to families with seriously ill children in our community.

We need volunteers for Christmas Eve morning! We will meet at the mailbox kiosk at 9 AM to assemble and distribute the luminaries. We will have doughnuts, coffee and Christmas music to get us in the mood! If you have a truck and/or trailer to use for deliveries that would be great too! Please contact Jennifer Bledsoe to sign up: 919.618.1600.

Why it matters.
1. Keeping families close to sick children.
Ronald McDonald House welcomes families so they can be near a sick child in the hospital. Families are never charged for lodging, meals, or any support service.
2. Expanding access.
Your generous donation helps offset costs for neighbors who may not be able to contribute, ensuring as many streets as possible participate.
3. Tax deductibility.
All donations are tax-deductible and directly benefit the families of seriously ill children in the Triangle.
Donation amount.
You can make a one-time donation in the amounts suggested below - or in the amount of your choosing.
We encourage a minimum donation of $15 per household to cover the cost of materials and make the luminary experience possible.
Options:
- Make your donation in honor or in memory of someone special.
- Double your impact by checking the box to see if your employer offers a matching gift program.
Every contribution helps support families in need and brings us closer to our goal. Thank you for your generosity!

Our community lighting is December 24 at 6:00 PM.
